The Minister of Education has said that students in Grade 4 are expected to do a minimum of 5 hours of learning per week. I have tried to plan for around an hour of active learning per day, plus independent reading. Additionally there will always be additional opportunities to go deeper, or to practice your skills each week on top of those 5 hours. 

 

It is up to you how you divide up your day. Linked here are some suggested schedules for how you and your family could organize your time each day. Remember that our brains do best when we have a plan and a purpose, and it will be up to you to take charge of your own schedule!
