SAMPLE SCHEDULES

Below are a few examples of schedules for how you and your family could organize your day. Just like when we are at school it is important to have a plan so that you can accomplish the things you want to get done, and so your brain and body can feel safe and prepared for the day ahead.  

If these schedules don't work for your family, that's okay too. Work together to make your own and decide what parts you want to include and when you want to include them. The items in green are the ones that are MUST DOs at some point in your day, and everything else is up for you to decide!
